Konferencja jest realizowana w ramach zadania publicznego „Turystyka osób z niepełnosprawnościami w województwie podlaskim” dofinansowanego ze środków Ministerstwa Rozwoju.
Celem spotkania jest zwiększenie wiedzy na temat turystyki osób z niepełnosprawnościami i merytoryczna dyskusja dotycząca ułatwienia dostępu do atrakcji turystycznych w województwie podlaskim. Zaproszenie kierujemy do osób z niepełnosprawnościami, organizatorów turystyki, właścicieli obiektów turystycznych, pracowników stowarzyszeń i fundacji działających na rzecz osób z niepełnosprawnościami.
Obrady zakończy integracyjny spływ kajakowy (18.09). Udział w konferencji i spływie kajakowym jest bezpłatny.
