Celem projektu jest promocja Ziemi Augustowskiej, jako obszaru zależnego od rybactwa.
W ramach przedsięwzięcia opracowany i wydany został album prezentujący szlaki turystyczne Ziemi Augustowskiej – papieskie, kajakowe, żeglarskie, piesze, rowerowe i konne. Na wszystkich szlakach są widoczne elementy dziedzictwa kulturowego rybołówstwa. Prezentowane w albumie trasy przebiegają przez tereny leśne i przyrodniczo cenne obszary, obok gospodarstw rybackich, łowisk wędkarskich oraz punktów gastronomicznych, oferujących wyśmienite, świeże i zdrowe dania z lokalnych ryb. Ponadto w ramach projektu opracowana została ulotka w formie przewodnika questowego, umożliwiającego odkrywanie ciekawych miejsc i związanych z nimi historii oraz rozwiązywanie zagadek w formie gry terenowej. Celem opracowanego przewodnika questowego ma być poznanie szlaków turystycznych Ziemi Augustowskiej przez mieszkańców i turystów, podążających trasą wędrówki wiodącą przez zakątki, mające ścisły związek z rybactwem.
